If you are involved in a car accident, an experienced car accident attorney can help you obtain recovery for your injuries. A car accident lawyer will be able to institute an investigation to determine who was at fault for the collision, how the collision occurred, and what insurance companies are available to file claims against. When an individual does not have enough coverage on their liability insurance policy, a car accident attorney can investigate to see what additional insurance policies an individual has available to make claims against as well as investigating the individual’s personal assets to see if it would be viable to make a claim against an individual outside of the scope of insurance claims. Additionally, a car accident attorney will take over communications with the insurance companies so that you are not constantly bombarded by the insurance companies to accept a low-ball settlement offer.
